Emily Dyer is a commercial litigator with experience representing clients in a variety of disputes, including complex contracts, securities, fraud, fiduciary duty, appellate, employment, commercial construction and attorneys’ fees issues. Emily’s broad experience, and strong legal research and writing skills have made her a go-to for tackling difficult issues across industries. Emily is committed to achieving her clients’ goals efficiently and effectively, whether in Nevada, California or across the country.
Emily served as the chair of the firm’s Committee of Associates and currently serves on Brownstein’s Women’s Leadership Initiative Steering Committee and the Summer Associate Committee for Las Vegas.
